The Quick Scoop on us…
Carla and I joined this envious group of travelers a little late in life. It is, however, time for us to begin the next phase of our lives.
Carla worked as a Radio logic Technician for a large Orthopedic group in Norwich CT. I was a Pharmacist for a little over 25 years and decided I needed a change so at 50 I sold my pharmacy and Carla and I started an new phase of our lives.
In our 50’s we’ve owned a couple of Child Care Centers in Florida and I doubled up working as a Commercial Realtor as well. Now it was time for us slow down a bit and begin enjoying this beautiful country HE has provided everyone to enjoy.
Scoots is our only immediate family these days. Needless to say she’s our cat. She acts more like a teenager however; sleepy during the day and able to stay wide awake all night. On 18th of July she will turn three. We’ve only had her for 2 years, but who’s counting.
The only other family we have, other than family members is Abby. Abby remained with us after we sold our Child Care Center in Titusville, FL. We’ve known her since she was 7.
Chase,
Thank you so much for your comment. We enjoyed, very much, meeting you and your family at the pool. Sorry I did not recognize you when you came to the coach. RVing is extremely enjoyable. For folks like us its like being 18 years old again. No problems, No bills and very few responsibilities. The best part is meeting families like yours. I also enjoy doing the blog, it’s a fun pastime and it’s easy. Enjoy the rest of your vacation.
